What began as a simple digital exchange for resources within the DMV Ethiopia Telegram Group quickly evolved. Founded by Yared Gunjo, Ephrem Girma, and Dagim Mulatu, the platform recognized a deeper need for structured advocacy.
The founders saw that while digital connectivity was strong, physical infrastructure and formal representation were required to create lasting impact in the DMV region.
Transitioning from a group chat to a formal community service organization, ACS was built on the values of clarity, energy, and unwavering commitment to the people it serves.
